Scope and company
These terms concern lareine.tv, currently owned and operated by LAREINE LIMITED. Our registered details are on the Corporate Information page. They do not form a streaming subscription or a content acquisition agreement.
Prelaunch information
LAREINE TV is in preparation. No films, series, short films, documentaries or podcasts can currently be played here. Registration, sign-in, purchases and subscriptions are not yet available.
Descriptions of planned services are subject to development and rights clearance. Launch dates, titles, territories, prices, languages, apps and device compatibility are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed. Displaying artwork does not announce a licence, a partnership or the availability of that title.
Website material and third-party rights
Our original branding, text and design are protected to the extent provided by law. Commercial reuse requires the relevant permission unless the law permits it. Third-party films, posters, photographs, names and marks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
These terms do not grant visitors a licence to reproduce or distribute third-party works. Report a rights concern through the Rights and submissions page.
Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the contact channels for unlawful or abusive material. Any legal restrictions on automated access and reuse continue to apply.
Availability, links and responsibility
We take reasonable care with the site, but information may change and access may be interrupted or withdrawn. External websites and messaging services have their own terms and policies; a link does not mean that we endorse their content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Proposals and future agreements
Sending a proposal or enquiry does not itself create a content licence, confidentiality agreement, partnership or payment obligation. Any content acquisition, distribution or confidential review requires the appropriate separate agreement. Future accounts or subscriptions will have their own terms before they become available.
Law, disputes and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Nothing here removes a consumer’s right to bring a claim in a court available to them under applicable law.
Contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date; changes will not remove rights already acquired.
